Mr. Mark Leuba
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Mark Leuba has spent his career developing and managing successful information technology teams in consulting, government, and corporate Fortune 500 organizations. Starting his career as a computer programmer and then project leader for a small software consulting firm in 1979, Mr. Leuba moved to CSX Technology for the next ten years. At CSX Technology he led the design and development of large-scale online database systems for transportation, ultimately leading IT application services for a $500 mm logistics subsidiary of the global transportation company.
At Prudential Home Mortgage, Inc. as Vice President of Applications, Mr. Leuba led the automation of back office processes for mortgage-backed securities and secondary marketing, including his role as IT leader for the MBS industry's first internet-based electronic bulletin board.
Before joining APUS, Mr. Leuba spent nine years at Random House, Inc., the global publishing conglomerate, where he served as Vice President for Corporate Applications and Vice President of Shared Service Applications. Mr. Leuba earned an A.A. degree in Information Technology at Baltimore County Community College and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
