The University accepts undergraduate level courses towards the AA, BA/BS and Certificate programs that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Have been completed at nationally or regionally accredited institutions of higher learning

  • Have a final grade of C or higher

  • Are NOT developmental or remedial courses

  • Have a Pass/Satisfactory grade that is equivalent to a final grade of C or higher indicated by the issuing university

Please Note:

  • Community college courses are considered lower level credits and are generally applicable to freshman (100 level) and sophomore (200 level) requirements.

  • Credits from institutions that operate on a quarter system are converted into semester hours by dividing the number of quarter hours by 1.5, and then rounding down to the nearest
    whole number.
