- The University can accept specific civilian, corporate, and government training evaluated by the American Council on Education (ACE) for undergraduate credit.
- Experiential learning that has not been evaluated by ACE cannot be accepted.
- Credit transfer depends on the student's declared program of study and whether the type of credit earned at another university meets the learning outcomes and objectives for his/her program with us.
- Students with on-the-job training that has not been evaluated by ACE should contact their Human Resources Office, Education Center, or Training Office to see if there are other avenues available to get that credit evaluated.
- Once our evaluators have received ALL official transcripts and documents, we can start the TCE to determine whether or not a course will transfer into one of our programs. Additional documentation may be required (e.g., course syllabi or descriptions) in order for the evaluation to be completed.
