Community College of the Air Force - Public Health Apprentice Course Internal Policy
APUS has created an Internal Transfer Credit Policy for the completion of the U.S. Air Force CCAF Public Health Apprentice course to award transfer credit based on the skill level that has been achieved and detailed on an official CCAF transcript. Transfer credit is awarded as listed regardless of the degree path selected. To maximize this credit award, a student should be enrolled in the Bachelors of Science Public Health degree.
Guidelines:
- A student has met the terms of the agreement and is eligible for possible Transfer Credit Evaluation review if they completed the specific course at CCAF AFTER the effective dates and they have not yet had an Initial TCE completed.
- If an initial evaluation has already been prepared and the student completed the specific courses from CCAF AFTER September 22, 2008, they can send in the updated paperwork. A TCE Update Request Form must also be submitted to initiate the review process.
- If a student changes their degree program AFTER September 22, 2008, they are eligible for a review of their CCAF courses for possible transfer credit as long as the courses were completed at CCAF AFTER the effective dates listed in the agreement.
- If a student has already had an Initial TCE completed and their documentation has already been reviewed and no additional paperwork is to be submitted, they are NOT eligible for the agreement terms.
The student must have completed the any of these courses below within the Effective Dates and send in a sealed official transcript from CCAF:
