| | It is the student's responsibility to alert APUS that s/he may fall under a current Articulation Agreement by emailing his/her Student ID and the name of the Articulation Agreement to articulations@apus.edu. Eligibility: Undergraduate students must be pursuing one of the following programs at the University: - Any undergraduate degree program (AA/AS, BA/BS)
Guidelines: - A student has met the terms of the agreement and is eligible for possible Transfer Credit Evaluation review if they completed the specific courses at A-T Solutions, Inc. AFTER the EFFECTIVE DATES listed in the matrix below and they have not yet had an Initial TCE completed.
- If an initial evaluation has already been prepared and the student completed the specific courses from A-T Solutions, Inc. AFTER April 17, 2007 listed in the matrix below, they can send in the updated paperwork. A TCE Update Request Form must also be submitted to initiate the review process.
- If a student changes their degree program AFTER April 17, 2007, they are eligible for a review of their A-T Solutions, Inc. courses for possible transfer credit as long as the courses were completed at A-T Solutions, Inc. AFTER the effective dates listed in the matrix.
- If a student has already had an Initial TCE completed and their documentation has already been reviewed and no additional paperwork is to be submitted, they are NOT eligible for the agreement terms.

* Duplicate credit will NOT be awarded if a student submits certificates for more than one of these titles listed for this course. Please note: For those students who are not pursuing one of these programs or have taken a course outside the dates, we are required to follow course by course evaluations and the American Council on Education (ACE) recommendations for awarding transfer credit. Credit must be evaluated by ACE and recommended for Undergraduate level credit in order to possibly apply towards an Undergraduate degree program at APUS. | |
