Guidelines:
- A student has met the terms of the agreement and is eligible for possible Transfer Credit Evaluation review if they completed the specific initial courses at SOOQC AFTER the effective dates and they have not yet had an Initial TCE completed.
- If an initial evaluation has already been prepared and the student completed the specific courses from SOOQC AFTER May 12, 2008, they can send in the updated paperwork. A TCE Update Request Form must also be submitted to initiate the review process.
- If a student changes their degree program AFTER May 12, 2008, they are eligible for a review of their SOOQC courses for possible transfer credit as long as the courses were completed at SOOQC AFTER the effective dates listed in the agreement.
- If a student has already had an Initial TCE completed and their documentation has already been reviewed and no additional paperwork is to be submitted, they are NOT eligible for the agreement terms.
The student must submit certificate of completion for review. Students are eligible to receive up to 9 semester hours of transfer credit for the completion of:

This Articulation/MOU Agreement is valid for listed programs which will be reviewed each Catalog year and credit recommendations may change if the programs or agreements are altered and/or re-evaluated.
