In fact, we have many different mailboxes established to help ensure your question and/or submission gets to the right person the first time, so you can get a prompt response to your inquiry from a staff member specially trained to address your specific need.

Please read the mailbox descriptions below to identify where you should send your question/submission, and remember to always include your full name and student ID in all correspondence.

 

CreditAward@apus.edu 

Mailbox to provide answers to questions pertaining to the award of transfer credit, whether pre- or post-TCE, and the associated policies, procedures and guidelines, including internal recommendations (IRs) and memorandums of understanding (MOUs). Emails are answered by trained Transfer Student Liaisons (TSLs).
 

Prelim@apus.edu

Mailbox to provide Preliminary Transfer Credit Reviews (PTCR), or prelims, to prospective students. Prospective students email unofficial documents needed for the PTCR here. Emails are answered by trained TSLs.
 

CourseDescriptions@apus.edu

Mailbox for the review of course descriptions or course syllabi not found during the TCE and submitted post-TCE by students. Emails are answered by Transfer Credit Appeals Manager and/or trained TSLs.
 

ParentSchool@apus.edu

Mailbox to provide (in conjunction with the Veterans Affairs department) Parent School Letters to students utilizing the Post 9/11 GI Bill benefits. Emails are answered by trained TSLs.
 

Documents@apus.edu

Mailbox for the submission of documentation for admissions, program requirements, and/or needed for the TCE, such as exam score reports, military forms, certificates, etc. Emails are answered by trained representatives of the Document Services team.
 
Please note, this mailbox should not be used for the submission of signed TRA forms or course description/syllabi submissions; you will find specific mailboxes for those.
 

StudentRecords@apus.edu

Mailbox to provide answers to questions pertaining to the student’s document log and status of pending documentation needed for the TCE. Also used for inquiries regarding the waiving of documents. Emails are answered by trained representatives of the Document Services team.
 

TRA@apus.edu

Mailbox for the submission of signed TRA forms. Emails are answered by trained representatives of the Document Services team.
 

AUABCQuestions@apus.edu

Mailbox to provide answers to AU-ABC program specific questions from staff and students. Emails are answered by AU-ABC trained transfer credit employees.
 

SOC@apus.edu

Mailbox to provide answers to questions pertaining to the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) consortium and the participation of APUS in the program. Emails are answered by trained TSLs.
 

TED@apus.edu

Mailbox to provide answers to questions specific to the Transfer Equivalency Database (TED) or the applicability/transferability of courses not in TED. Emails are answered by trained TSLs.
