Posting of Transfer Credit Evaluation (TCE) Results
Upon its completion, the result of any type of TCE will be posted to the student’s online record. Students can access this at any time by logging into their ecampus, selecting the Academic Plan & Forms dropdown, and then selecting the Academic Plan link under the Course & Registration section.
In addition, the TCE results will be e-mailed to the student's primary e-mail address on file with the university. It is the responsibility of the student to keep this e-mail address current. APUS is not responsible for undelivered messages resulting from an invalid e-mail address. Students can modify this information at any time by logging into their campus and selecting the 'Change Contact Information' link under the My Personal Information section on the left navigation bar.
Please note: APUS reserves the right to remove transfer credit from a student's record at any time as necessary.
