TCE Results    

Program Change

If a student has had transfer credit posted to a program of study and then decides to change his/her program of study, a TCE must be done to determine how/if the results of the previous TCE will apply to the new program.  The new evaluation process will be triggered automatically once the student's program has been changed, so the student is not required to take any action to request this.

The new transfer credit evaluation will take approximately 30 days from the date that the official change is made to the student's online records by the Academic Advisor

Students will be emailed by the Credit Department once the new evaluation is complete and the credit is posted to their academic plan to view.
