| Synopsis of Role: | | | | | The Student Advising Administrative Assistant (SA Admin) provides administrative support to the Advising team, the Advising Managers and the Advising Director by initiating daily work flow for the Advising team and maintaining Advising tools and resources. | | | | |
| Essential Functions: | | | | | Establishes and maintains organizational systems for the Advising team. Collects student data daily for program change requests. Reviews and follows up with students who register for Science Lab/Lecture courses to ensure academic policies are being met. Creates and organizes email template library for Advising team. Maintains updated Student Advisor information, including schedule, contact info, alignment, etc. Updates Advising department calendar (birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, etc.). Sends meeting requests to appropriate team members for various weekly and monthly meetings. Takes meeting minutes at team and academic school meetings. Creates Student Advising Handbooks for new Advisors. Establishes and maintains organizational systems for new and continuing training programs Serves as student POC for miscellaneous Advising issues. Provides office administrative support, including faxing, copying, and printing. Performs other duties as assigned.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
