| Synopsis of Role: | | | | | Maintains scanner and indexing queues, scanner stations, and student records. | | | | |
| Essential Functions: | | | | | - Sorts Student Records mail.
- Indexes virtual documents.
- Scans virtual documents.
- Processes backfile conversion files.
- Searches for missing files/documents.
- Files non-virtual documents and files as needed.
- Other duties as needed to support our student body

- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Prior scanning experience desired; preferably with Hyland/Onbase systems.
- Some college preferred.
- Prior academic administration experience desired.
