| Synopsis of Role: | | | | | | Support students' academic progress by providing academic advising, responding to student inquiries, degree program changes, transfer credit updates, and general student questions. | | | | |
| Essential Functions: | | | | | - Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries from APUS students concerning academic advising, transfer credit, academic programs, APUS policies and other student concerns within the scope of Student Services.
- Aid students with the navigation of our online student campus.
- Review students' requests to change majors, analyze transfer credit impact, advise students, and update program requirements as needed.
- Ensure accurate tracking of physical and online student records.
- Ensure high level of student retention through high standards of service.
- Other duties as needed to support our student body.
