Students may pay for course registrations with outside scholarships. Those who will be using an awarded scholarship to pay for a course registration must indicate this payment method when registering for a course. Students using outside scholarships will not be able to enter their classrooms until formal verification of the scholarship arrives at APUS. National Sheriff's Association (NSA) Scholarship APUS also offers a scholarship to all National Sheriffs Association (NSA) members. Students may apply for the NSA Scholarship by completing the online application located inside their campus under MY FORMS in the OTHER FORMS area. If the scholarship is awarded, the scholarship amount will automatically be deducted from the total tuition cost at each registration.
Eligibility: - The APUS course must be taken for academic credit. (Audit courses do not qualify)
- A valid NSA membership number is required to qualify for this scholarship.
- NSA membership must remain active for the duration of the student's academic program.
- Students may not combine an NSA scholarship with Military Tuition Assistance, or Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits.
Please note: Students may not be awarded more than one type of APUS scholarship. |
