• Academic Documents Coordinator The Academics Document Coordinator will provide administrative support for curriculum aspects of the academic catalog, as well as compile, edit, and keep current other policy documents. 
• Accountant/Financial Analyst Undertake projects and activities to help the Finance Department work more efficiently and effectively, especially by focusing on month-end closings and contract reviews. 
• Accounts Payable Specialist Provides assistance with invoice processing, creation of purchase requisitions, check process and void check process.

• Financial Services Specialist Review and process various forms of financial aid including Federal financial aid (Title IV); Veteran’s benefits; alternative loans; employer vouchers; and military tuition assistance. 
• Instructional Design Project Leader Serves as a Project Leader within the Instruction Design Team of the Academic Services Department, responsible for accomplishing significant instructional design projects such as the development of courses in new academic degree programs. 
• Interactive Marketing Coordinator The Interactive Marketing Coordinator fulfills a combined role of Web producer and marketing project coordinator, supporting a variety of Web initiatives for the University System and its brands. 
• Learning Outcomes Assessment Specialist Facilitates the Learning Outcomes Assessment administrative process. 
• LMS Integrator Integrate, test, evaluate, and modify courseware and learning materials for new and existing online courseware into Learning Management System. 
• Network Engineer Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's network and Windows 200X-based servers and file storage servers. 
• Online Librarian Provides general reference support to University faculty, students, and staff. 
• Recruiter Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, testing, and sourcing applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the organization. 
• Registrar Records Specialist, Transcripts Produces transcripts and handles enrollment verifications. 
• Senior Project Manager, Learning Management System Partners across the University to ensure the current LMS continues to serve students and faculty and facilitates a seamless transition to the use of the new LMS. 
• Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer The Chief Information Officer will align the technical vision with our high-growth business strategy and integrate appropriate technology, enterprise systems and processes. 
• Student Accounts Manager, Billing & Collections Oversee tuition assistance and third party invoice processing; accounts receivable management and reporting; and collection activity. 
• Student Accounts Specialist Collects and processes payment information and provides daily reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable transactions. 
• Student Advising Quality Assurance Program Coordinator Provides support to team members, managers, and the Advising Director by directly supporting the Student Advising Quality Assurance team. 
• Student Advising Training Specialist Supports the department by researching, organizing, developing, and facilitating various training and professional development opportunities for the APUS Student Advising department. 
• Student Advisor Assist APUS students in regards to academic advising, academic programs, APUS policies, and other student concerns. 
• Team Manager, Student & Alumni Professional Development Promote professional programs and services to increase exposure of services offered. Track program progress and how our services affect retention rates. 
• Veterans Financial Aid Services Specialist Responsible for Veterans Benefits Assistance Program processing; Military and Civilian Tuition Assistance processing; assistance with Title IV financial aid processing; and assistance with alternative loan processing.
