Faculty Positions

Program Director, Graduate Intelligence Studies and National Security
The Program Director is a key leadership and management position that contributes to a range of activities related to administration of their program(s). Candidate should possess a terminal degree in political science, international relations, or a related field. Experience in Intelligence or a related field highly is preferred, and experience with online teaching is required. Qualified ABDs, with degree completion in 2009, will be considered.

Program Director, Business Administration
The School of Business invites applications for the position of Program Director for Business Administration. Candidates will manage approximately twenty instructors and have teaching responsibilities in the BBA and MBA programs. Terminal degree in business or related field is preferred. Experience with online teaching is required. This position may be held remotely. Home access to high speed internet and attendance at quarterly meetings in West Virginia or Northern Virginia is required.

Program Director, Electrical Engineering
The Program Director is a key leadership and management position that contributes to a range of activities related to administration of their program(s). Candidate should possess a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (terminal degree preferred). At least five years of working experience as an electrical engineer required. Demonstrated experience in successfully administering growing academic programs is imperative.

Program Director, Space Studies
The Program Director is a key leadership and management position that contributes to a range of activities related to administration of their program(s). Job requirements include: a Doctorate in Aerospace Science, or a Master of Science in Space Studies and a Doctorate in another discipline. Former astronauts with a Doctorate in a discipline other than aerospace science may be waived from the Master of Science in Space Studies requirement. At least two years of working experience in the aerospace industry required. Demonstrated experience in successfully administering growing academic programs.

Program Director, Undergrad & Grad Political Science Programs & Public Administration Program
The Program Director is a key leadership and management position that contributes to a range of activities related to administration of their program(s). Terminal degree in political science or related degree is preferred. Experience with online teaching required. Experience in political science or a related field is preferred. Qualified ABDs, with degree completion in 2009, will be considered.This position may be remotely located.

Program Director, Undergraduate Marketing Programs
The Program Director is a key leadership and management position that contributes to a range of activities related to administration of their program(s). Terminal degree with concentration in marketing or equivalent is preferred. Experience in the marketing field is preferred. Minimum one year of experience teaching online. Qualified ABDs and Master's degree candidates will be considered. This position may be held remotely.
