Synopsis of Role:
Oversee tuition assistance and third party invoice processing; accounts receivable management and reporting; and collection activity.
Essential Functions:
- Collect and process tuition assistance documentation.
- Process monthly third party billing to include electronic processing with different agencies.
- Collect student tuition payments.
- Assist with research and clean up to include past due invoices, payment issues, and refunds.
- Assist with graduation audits.
- Assist students with account questions.
- Generate monthly billing reports.
- Interact with other departments to achieve daily goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Associate's degree preferred.
- Two years experience in accounting or finance required.
- Experience in collections preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
