Faculty

100% online, courses start monthly and are offered in 8- and 16-week formats. Faculty members connect to our virtual campus and MyClassroom Learning Management System remotely from their home location. Undergraduate Instructors must hold a minimum of a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, or a master's degree with a minimum of 18 semester hours in the discipline they wish to teach. Other requirements may apply. Graduate level faculty must hold a terminal (doctoral) degree in the respective discipline.

Staff

We offer full time employees a generous and flexible benefits package including: company paid education, employer matched 401K, and competitive health and insurance plans. We have office locations in Charles Town, WV, and Manassas, VA, but also employ many talented individuals working remotely from their home locations across the country.
