Synopsis of Role:
Provides support with cash processing; refund processing; and account maintenance and reporting.
Essential Functions:
- Collection and processing of payment information.
- Daily reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable transactions.
- Student account maintenance.
- Assistance with research and clean up to include past due invoices, payment issues, and refunds.
- Preparation of daily refunds.
- Assistance with graduation audits.
- Assistance with student account questions.
- Interaction with other departments to achieve daily goals.
- Special projects as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Two or more years experience in accounting/finance required.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
