Ms. Lyn Geer - Vice President, Student Services

Ms. Lyn GeerLyn Geer is responsible for the management of the Student Services Department, which includes Registrar's Office, Help Desk Support, Transfer Credit, Course Materials, Student Records, and Graduations.

Ms. Geer has 15 years experience running service operations and has managed academic programs for international students for the University of Wisconsin where she published two academic workbooks for Teaching Writing Skills to ESL students. Previous responsibilities include overseeing training and quality control programs for over 12,000 employees at 24 sites, as well as the planning and implementation of client contact centers in numerous countries.

She also founded a Sister City Organization in Springfield, Illinois and successfully established a Sister City relationship between her home town and the Japanese town where she was employed by the City Board of Education Office. This relationship now gives 11 Illinois teachers a year a chance to teach in Japan for 12 months and sponsors numerous student and cultural exchange programs every year. Ms. Geer has a B.A. degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Illinois and a Master's of Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Tufts University where she specialized in International Finance and Asian Politics.
