Charles Town, WV, August 24, 2011American Public University (APU) today announced that it has established a cooperative relationship with Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM). Under the terms of the agreement, ISM certification holders may be eligible to receive academic credits towards undergraduate and graduate programs at APU.
