American Public University System’s summit on human trafficking, “Widening the Net: Together Let’s Stop Traffic," continues today in Charles Town. Michael Sale (right), a law enforcement education coordinator with APUS’s American Military University, says a goal is to begin to create an international resource center to combat the illegal trade in people for labor, organs and sex.
