APUS Begins Search for New President

American Public University System announced today that its President and CEO, Dr. Wallace E. Boston, will be relinquishing his title as president and will focus on his position as CEO with APUS's parent company, American Public Education, Inc.
APUS has started its search for a new president, but Boston will stay in his current role until the university has named his successor. Boston was appointed as president and CEO of American Public University System and its parent company, American Public Education, Inc., in July 2004. Previously, he joined APUS as Executive VP and CFO in 2002.
