Welcome Back!

As you know we took a small hiatus to make improvements to the student newsletter and to begin our new quarterly distribution.  We are working diligently to provide you with news-worthy information that is exciting and relevant.  We are making changes and want your feedback to ensure the content provides a student focused publication.

Think about what information you would like to see in the student newsletter.  What would be relevant to you?  For example, would you like to:

• See links to student and university publications
• Read about awards and accolades that your peers have received
• Receive reminders from the staff at APUS
• Participate in contests and surveys
• Get a snapshot of upcoming events

These examples are just a few ideas to show you what future editions could include.  This publication is here to serve you and we want you to help shape future editions, so that the student newsletter becomes a publication that you enjoy reading!

And….

What kind of newsletter upgrade would this be if we did not have a new name!  Moreover, what would a new name be if we did not have a naming contest!!  We need a brand new name for the newsletter that represents the core of our student body and APUS culture.  If you have a name that you think represents us, please email your suggestion(s) to studentaffairs@apus.edu. 

Assuming that you send us fabulous new name suggestions, we will debut the newly named newsletter in the December edition.  The student who submits the winning name will be featured in the unveiling and, you know, there is nothing like leaving your mark on APUS student newsletter history!  Thank you in advance for your contributions!
