This course explores successful project management for business projects. Students will differentiate among projects, programs, and project portfolios and how each supports the other. A project schedule will be created and maintained to simulate a project's life cycle. Students will review the indicators for understanding project success. The course will apply theory and practical knowledge along with standard tools and techniques to drive to project success.
