Mike Siegel retired from the Army after 25 years of service, having served as assistant commandant of the Noncommissioned Officers Academy and operation sergeant of the Basic Military Police Training, among other positions.

He received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy (Ala.) University and his Master's Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University, Charlestown, W.Va. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Missouri Advisory Council on Military Education (MO-ACME) and Secretary of the Ozark chapter of the Military Police Regimental Association (MPRA).
